We were kept up to date during the whole repair process and when there was a delay in the completion, additional rental car days were paid for us.

I was very pleased with my Volvo 2009,The repair man gave me an estimated time of 5 hours, so I waited, and it was near 4:30 pm, I went to the Credit Union for the fee, I needed. My husband and I saw Tracey Jones just before his death. She ,assured him, that I would be taken care of. Thanks for the good Service. Lady drove me to The Redstone Federal Credit Union on Memorial Parkway, at about Drake Ave., where I was able to get my funds to pay my bill, and some over that will be good to have ahead. I have been sick, I will be 92 on the 5th of April. I live at Redstone Village, a long way South of the Credit Union. I know and do use the Redstone Federal Credit Union at Hobb's Island Road,but I used the Branch on the Parkway for years before I moved to Redstone Village. Haven't had a chance to look her over in mid-day light yet but it looks great.

I still have damage that was not fixed. Also, my headlights do not work properly.
