I'd like to thank Bryan McLaughlin for his excellent service, as well as the repair workers, who did a great job fixing my car (you'd never know it was damaged) and had my car fixed on the day it was promised! The young lady at the front desk (Sorry I didn't get her name),for being so efficient and friendly. The entire staff made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I will recommend Bob's Automotive to family and friends. Great job! Thanks again!

Considering that I picked up my jeep got gas and went straight home.. Doesn't mean that I'm completely satisfied. That would come in a few days. Yes, the car looked good and it made it home. If it stays that way through the weekend, then yes, I'm satisfied, and you guys did a great job.
