Hello, I do not agree with the immediate walk around to look over rental and the immediate 100.00 hold but yet it takes 48 hours to return the funds. The rental should be checked immediately upon return and also the funds owed back to the customer.

The chrome is coming off of the bumper that was repaired. There is a brand new scratch on the trunk. Also, I asked if the scratch on the door handle and hood could be repaired since the paint is already out. I also didn't mind if it cost extra, and that was also not addressed. Please contact me so we can get this addressed. Sarena

Very curtious and professional staff. I got my car back in roughly 24 hours. They kept me up to speed with the repair. Everything was smooth from the pickup to the drop off.
