It seems to be okay. Couple of scratches on my driver side mirror, and driver side bottom doir jamb.

Loved the text updates, felt it was a great way to communicate and not worry about if I missed a call or not. My experience with Bob’s Automotive was nothing short of phenomenal. The minute i walked through the door I was well taken care of. Erin greeted me warmly. Kenny took his time to explain the process of repairing my vehicle. He even added a flavor of humor which was greatly appreciated. He created an an atmosphere of lightheartedness that eased the intensity of having recently had an accident which is never any fun. Steve from Enterprise was just as great. He was patient and thorough in his explanation of obtaining a rental. The text alerts keeping me uptated were awesome. I loved the convenient notifications. The expected completion time was less than originally planned. I was scheduled to return the rental on one day and due to my work schedule i wasn’t able to. I called the shop and a gentleman answered the phone and was gracious to let me keep the rental another day. When i came to pick up my vehicle the staff again was very courteous. I was able to thank both Erin and Kenny for the great service they provided. Last but not least, Joe escorted me to my vehicle and allowed me to take time to inspect my vehicle. The repairs were fantastic and my car looked better than ever. I am extremely greatful that I chose Bob’s Automotive to change a bad situation into a great experience. Thank you to all who gave me such excellent treatment and kind service.
