Cheryl was amazing - when she told me our jeep wasn’t going to be done when initially promised I was very disappointed - but then she somehow made it happen - I was impressed that she made it happen after all and was thankful that she did - the jeep looks good - all in all it was a good experience for me with Bob’s Automotive

This is second time in 2 months that my car needed repairs from accidents. First, a deer hit me in front. Then, a car and I were in an accident. Again, the some of the same areas were affected. Both times the car had to be painted. Since it is a white diamond frost color, there were several layers. The paint was matched EXACTLY! My car looks like new.

They took me in last minute on a holiday weekend. Gave me an awesome rental. Had me out 2 days before expected time frame. Returned my car to me fixed and cleaned!! Bob's automotive team is the BEST hands down. I will be referring any and everyone who wants nothing but the best.. thanks again!!!

I’ve just picked my truck up this afternoon and so far so good. However, the right side of the front bumper seems to be hanging lower/differently than the driver’s side.
