Went to Chesapeake Automotive first. They did a horrible job and asked for another appraiser and body shop. Bobs Automotive was great from start to finish. Everything I found unprofessional at my first experience was just the opposite here at Bobs. Thank you for doing the job RIGHT

I appreciated the text updates about the car. Really felt like I was constantly in the know of what was going on. When picking up the car everything was fast and easy. Although it took a day longer I was very pleased with the results. The delay was an assembly issue that the tech team wanted to make sure they got 100% correct before releasing the car back to me. The small delay was well worth the wait. Absolutely perfect work!!!!!

Everyone was extremely helpful and made the whole experience much easier. My car was in for repairs due to someone hitting me and their insurance was handling the repairs. Bob's made everything a little less painful. My car was in and out in two days, exactly as they estimated. Thanks, Bob's!
