Val was rude. Service is extremely slow. It took more than 3 months for you to fix my car.

Great fast service

Communication was poor. Repair took 130% longer than quoted and we did not get updates in a timely manner, placed a huge burden on our family as we were reduced to **** car, had we known it would take that long we would have gotten a rental; however every time we called to get a status we were told a day or 2 tops. When the car was finished we were informed 30 minutes before the shop closed and were not able to make it to the location in time, would have been nice to know ahead of time that they were expecting it to be done that day so we could make arrangements to pick up. Overall, the lack of communication was unprofessional and lead to poor service quality.

Brought my new truck over for repair due to accident and got the rental car in the same location. Very convenient. Surprise of no communication after first two days so I called them for status and realized that they did text me the service update to my home phone. After that making that correction to my cell number then I received status updates daily. The customer service from Service King is outstanding. Service King has helped arranging for me to pick up my truck to my schedule so I can take my family member to MD Anderson treatment on time. It took only 5 minutes from the time to drop off the rental and get my truck out of the parking lot. Lightning speed. The truck looks as good as new. They even buffed some scratches off the truck too. The level of detail from Service King is higher than my Toyota dealership and I am super happy with the result of their work. Have not seen this courteous service anywhere else in the last 20 years. Again, thank you Service King staffs and please keep up that excellent service culture.
