Since the moment I called State Farm to the moment of completion from service king nothing but complete customer satisfaction. I was actually called by service king within a few hours. Appt setup to my convenience. Everything came with ease including my rental with enterprise. I was greeted kindly by receptionist on a busy Monday morning. I have great things to say about John who explained all thoroughly and Victor. I was greeted by Victor and always kept informed. I expected 100% and received 200% satisfaction. My traverse clean on the inside was a super nice bonus!!! Thank you!!!!

My car in 13 days to finish. I liked it that Service King had paid for my full coverage. Because the car was was not done on time one time. They did a great job on a car look brand new like nothing ever happened they did a real good job on the paint outstanding. If something ever happened to my car again I will come back to Service King. Thank you.

Everyone at the South Holland Service King was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. They answered every question I had and explained the entire process of repairing my car. They continually kept me updated as to the progress of the repair. The pait job was perfect! They made the whole process very easy.

I was very satisfied with the repairs and the professionalism demonstrated by the Service King staff that I interacted with. However, I noticed that my rear driver tire had low pressure (after I received an "onstar" alert. I was unable to address the issue while at work, and at the end of the work day the pressure was extremely low. I filled the tire with air to no avail because Saturday morning the tire was nearly flat. I contacted Service King to just to ask if it was possible if a tech had driven the car over a nail or anything and the gentleman persisted on telling me that it was merely impossible. Furthermore I explained that I could bring the car in for them to inspect any findings of familiar materials and he insisted that I had to wait until Monday and to continue putting air in the tire in the meantime! Wow! So I took my car to a tire shop to have the tire repaired and they showed me the objects causing the very bad leak: nails!!

I was surprised that my car was ready so fast.

The team id's great! The communication was timely and informative. They always greet me with a smile a wonderful disposition. It's rare you find a place that not only does fantastic work, but also has wonderful people to boot.
