We had one other car fixed by Branning the day after Thanksgiving and that experience was great. i was kept informed daily. With this experience I was not updated until the very end. I received a phone call at 550pm on a friday , and I missed that call. I called back at 505pm and received an answering machine. I feel that ,to call me at 550pm was not a wise decision. When I called Monday , i informed the receptionist about the late phone call and she "punted" saying " oh we are two receptionists so i dont know who called you" the body work was great and i have no complaints. my complaint is with the notification process. very disappointed with the second experience.

The repair job looks great and I am satisfied with work that was done on my truck. However, I am a little disappointed at the communication factor, particularly toward the end of the job. The work took a week longer than quoted and I did not hear from anyone during that period. Eventually I had to call to find out the status of my vehicle. I also am very disappointed in the cleaning the truck was given after the job. The inside was dusty, there was dirt on the seats and both the bed of the truck and the cover were covered in white dust that I have had trouble getting off. I will admit I am a "neat freak" when it comes to my vehicle but I thought very little effort was put into cleaning it up before pick-up.

Fuel cap doesnt open and someone broke my driver side speaker cover

My truck was finished on ****-19-15, i said i could come get it that day but because it wasn't "detailed" i could not pick it up so i said i would today ****-20-15. I called early in the day to confirm again my truck was done and was told it would be ready for 4pm pickup. I arrived around 415 and my truck was not ready. I then was told after waiting 15 minutes that they were finishing detailing my truck and it would be about 5 more minutes. I waited almost another half hour before my truck was ready and i was told at that time that they were just putting on the rain guard which came in on MONDAY and putting the logo back on etc, i demanded my truck instantly. Its absolutely absurd to have wasted a hour of my time when my truck had 2 full business days to be "detailed" and have ONE RAIN GUARD installed!!! absolutely unacceptable! Do not tell a customer a time and not honor it, especially when the **** truck was finished the day prior minus a detail which i could care less about. The work was nice, but how everything was handled and waited till the absolute last possible minute for no reason is nothing short of unacceptable, especially considering you had a nice 8,000 payday from my accident.
