Other than the car being fixed a week later than expected, I felt like I had to micro manage the team there to make sure my truck was going to be taken care off. Along with lathargic employees who did not seem like they wanted to be at their jobs, when another customs came in complaining about the same issues and with me sitting there the employees openly talked poorly about the customer IN FRONT OF ME. The truck got fixed which was good but the service was terrible.

I was very upset when I recently got rear-ended in my Mazda MX-5. I was impressed when Green's called me within an hour of my insurance claim & set up an appt for an estimate the next day at my convenience. Ken at the collision center, did an outstanding job, from answering all my questions at the estimate....to keeping me updated with daily phones calls on the progress on my car's repair.
