There was a lack of communication making it unclear when the vehicle would be completed or the time needed to do so. When told a call would be given none was. The text system did not update me either.

We were completely satisfied with the service and fallow up by are salesman William Jones. Who we never received a servey on. At this point we're satisfied with the outcome. There is a piece of trim that questionable.

Customer service was great. Always has been. Had to go back to get the inside of the car wiped down on the dash. I didn't understand why it was wiped down at all. Turned around and went right back and they took it in and wiped it down again and it looked better. Not the same...but better than it was.

I'm Very satisfied with the repairs you made on my Avalon. Unfortunately, this was not the first time my car was damaged, but it was at the Jewel Store near me, and probably hit by a grocery cart. I never knew who hit it and had to pay my 500 deductible.

It was great from the moment I dropped off the car until I picked it up. The only bad experience was with the rental car business who made me make a deposit before I could take the rental car even tho the insurance company was paying for it. When I dropped the rental car off, I asked for an immediate return of the money I deposited with them and they said it would be 5 days before I would have it returned. This is not right ...... especially when the other party caused the accident and paid for my rental. But Green Chevrolet: you were terrific!

I am very satisfied with the work that was completed on my 2011 Buick Regal. The staff of Green Cheverolet got the repairs done in a timely fashion and even went out of their way to fix another minor repair on my vehicle. I, myself will return to Green Cheverolet upon the event of more body work. I will also recommemd Green Collision to friends and family.
