Car took a long time for repair, then on Monday i was supposed to be picked up and was still wasn't right, now on that note the specialist went above and beyond and told me he'd make things right, including my rental...on Wednesday i was again charged for the rental, frustrating! Wednesday evening get a call my car was ready, i walk through the door with 2 kids all I'm told is here's your paperwork we need to collect 500.00 here's the keys, no test drive it etc just bye.... drive it, still a rattle in passenger side where damage was done and no alignment like i was promised as a new tire etc was out on and before accident i just had 3 grand in work on front end done including alignment. ..bright side was they vacuum my car, yet i get in my car everything was poorly thrown in my front seat a few cds were even thrown out of my cd holder...first experience with green cheverolet collision center and it hasn't been a good time :(

The work was done before promised and quality was superior. Great dealership will continue to support green Hyundai

There's a couple issues....on the right side there's spots of chipped paint that weren't there and there's dripps of white paint and there's a very small crack on the right side of front window and I'm 100%that those things weren't there....

There was one little crease that was not repaired. I told the employee about it when I brought the truck in, but it must have been forgotten.

My car was finished very promptly, even quicker than expected. My car was cleaned both inside and outside. The repair was flawless. I was informed and updated about the progress of the job. The staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend this business to others.

They were great at the estimation, actually right on and they were so good at telling me what was going on and keeping me updated! Will definitely be going back and recommend to others!

Both the driver and right passenger seats have kneel marks and will need to be replaced. Headliner had fingerprints on it. Back passenger seat had body shop dust imbedded. Spoke with manager. Last time I use GREEN for anything.

I called to let them know there was still a scratch/ rough spot. Taking back in Monday.

We received the vehicle back and it still has issues. It is still shaking when you drive and has the burnt rubber smell. In order to have the wheels straight the steering wheel has to be turned toward the left. The passenger window tint has been scratched then when it was looked at since the window was broken the guy kept moving it up and down and it now won't stay up. The bumper was also coming off when we got it but that has been fixed. We tried to bring it back today and we were told to come back at 9 on Monday. At this time I still do not feel it is safe to have my children in it. I know it was difficult to get the parts and fix however after 5 weeks we expected to be able to drive it yet it is having the same issues as when we dropped it off.
