I'll call tomorrow but the back window is making a clicking noise when it closes like it's hitting something. And I noticed that my lights on the rear view mirror are not working. This must have occurred upon impact from the crash. Need that looked at too. They worked just fine prior to the accident. However, I do appreciate Greens service and that they stand behind their service.

It was a five star experience until I picked up my car... I loved how easy it was to get scheduled for repairs, coordinate for a rental car, and the text alerts with the progress of repairs were much appreciated. However, when I picked up my car there was a part from my car laying in the floorboard of the backseat. The girl working didn't show any real concern and the guy washing the cars said he saw it in there earlier (then why didn't he mention it to somebody before allowing me to come pick up my car??) he then determined that it belongs under the front bumper but there was nobody there to make it right. It's just frustrating to know that I'll likely have to take more time away from work to come back over to have the job finished.

Picked up my car and battery was dead. Someone left the door open all day. A real pleasant surprise. No apology or nothing for my inconvenience. I will not use Green Chev for service in the future. Nor will I buy from them when I repurchase.

I have to say they were very apologetic about the issues that we had. However, the vehicle was supposed to come out of service on Friday. We went to pick up on Saturday morning and the finishing was unsatisfactory, with scratches still on the car. The car was then repainted. I received ANOTHER phone call that it didn't turn out right again. So my car door was repainted THREE TIMES. At what point do you wonder what type of staff you have? I've been in a rental car for five days longer than expected. And I can't turn that in to my insurance because this was a hit and run. So I've had to pay out of pocket expenses for these screw ups. Pretty ridiculous. I appreciate that they delivered the car to the Ford dealership to do the other work I had planned. However, I'm still overdue on my rental expenses. Also it's concerning that the car was expected to be finished and if we were any other person we would have probably not noticed. But come on- that's the sort of product you want to present to a client? We definitely were disappointed in the whole situation.
