I was surprised that there was no inspection of the repairs with the technician. I found the wrong mirror was used for the repair. When I informed the technician he was very helpful and is making arrangements to get the proper mirror but this also means I have to take time off work to go back for the repairs. I was also surprised that I was not asked to sign anything when picking up the car and even after the problem with the mirror was noted.

I am amazed at the poor job that was done at getting my car done in a timely manner. There was no sense of urgency in any of the staff member, including the "manager". Also, whoever cleaned the car did a terrible job. I am at a loss for words. My husband works at an autobody shop and will get written up if he does not clean his cars appropiately. I won't ever take my car here again. Not worth my money.

Can't see the repairs-GREAT! You detailed the
car so carpets were clean, etc. Really appreciated that service. Only thing I was not crazy about was the chemical smell that is still
clinging to the interior. Had windows open and
recycled air but it is still there. Otherwise
good job!
