They where able to get me in the very next day after the accident! They where very helpful and understanding. They where kind enough to give me a ride home after dropping the truck off. They where very good at staying in touch with me to let me know when my truck would be finished. They even finished a day early. Everyone in the office where kind and professional as well as personable. They even got me quotes for other things that I would like to have done! So thankful to all of the employees. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions about every little thing. They where helpful with how to go about getting my car seats replaced. Scott was very good from beginning to end! They went above and beyond what I expected. I am very pleased with 1st certified collision!The new office was very nice and very cool. I highly recommend them to everyone!
