I found the Team to be thoughtful and extremely courteous. The day I called about dropping it off, Shannon said she could arrive early so my husband could be on time for work. True to her word, she was there when we arrived at 7:20. When I called with a question about the repairs after speaking with the adjuster and apologized for bothering them, both Hai & Joel said I was no bother at all. After receiving a text saying that it was in paint and it may be done earlier than 7/30, I responded to that text asking if it might be done by 7/26 because I had a business trip. I was told they might be able to get it by then. I heard from them Friday afternoon saying it was ready. We picked it up Saturday morning and it looked perfect. We did notice a protective strip that said Sonata on the lower trunk bumper was missing. Shannon knew exactly what we were talking about and said they would order it right away. She apologized and was as sweet as the first day we spoke. I would recommend you 200% : ) I am a Secret Shopper by trade (shhhh) and would consider this a PERFECT Shop. Thank you!!!
