While we are very satisfied with the work that was done on our car, the stereotype of being condescended to was rampant when dealing with Chico, one of the men in your body department. When he first called me to inform me that the card was ready to be picked up and I asked him what had been wrong with it, it was profoundly evident that he was irritated by the question and he told me I could just read the paperwork. When I sent my daughter to pick up her car, she immediately called me after driving out of the lot to tell me what a **** he had been to her,too.
I have bought a car from Bob ****Ford, had said car serviced many times there, but my most recent experience with the auto body repair shop left such a bad taste in my mouth, we will never return for business at your facility.

Was not informed on status or when car would be done, did get a e mail week of ****/15 thru 19. saying car is 30% done.Car was don and picked up around the ****/9/2018.Only found out it was done because loaner car from enterprise called me said insurance company notified then car was done.

The only issue we experienced was with the miscommunication in the beginning with the tow company. We changed to Bob ****because we were told the communication would be better, but the first thing that happened was you didn't know the car needed to be towed to the shop. It ended up being a minor issue, but is my only suggestion for improvement.

However, once there, Bob ****Ford made the process as seamless as possible for me. Chico worked with me from beginning to end and kept me updated the entire time.
