I am so happy that Pride Auto Body went above and beyond to return my damaged Porsche Cayman S to its original condition. Pride office staff consisting of Sergio, Christine and Maria kept me will informed of the progress with my car from negotiations with the insurance companies to the repair work. They provided the details of the insurance quotes as well as pictures when I requested to allow me to see how much internal damage had occurred to my car from the accident. Once Sergio and Christine assessed the total work and parts required for my car they went above and beyond by holding the insurance company of the person that rear ended me accountable to return my car to its original condition. Their goal was to make sure that I was happy with the car once they were finished repairing it. All of the parts were verified as OEM thus maintaining the German quality one expects from such a car. The quality of Prides repair will allow the car to keep its value for years to come. I was very happy with the fit and finish of all of the panels and parts that they replaced, repaired and painted. My Porsche Cayman S is my baby and Pride showed great care in repairing it. I will definitely recommend Pride Auto Body to anyone that needs to get their cars repaired. Thanks, Rusty D. Sly

The millage is written down when the car is dropped off, it should also be confirmed when the car is picked up. There was a bag of pomegranates in my car and I know I didn't leave a thing in my car except a picture in the center console. However, getting the updated emails as the car was being repaired was great.

I liked that you kept me informed of the progress of my car's repairs. My car looked really nice and I appreciated you repairing the ding in the trunk.

Hello. The color looks good, but the metal trim on the front door doesn't line up with the back door. Also, the gap between the front and back door appears a little wide. Definitely not as good as the last time I brought my car to Pride, several years ago.

My car was not clean as promised when i picked it up it was done very half ****. I already spoke w/ the location I picked it up from & told them I wasnt happy about that but the body work repair was good.

They did a great work on my car. Also they send me constant updates on the work progress which I really appreciated.

The office staff is excellent. Communication is excellent. The body work looks good. However, my brand new, two week old car was returned to me with **** grease stains in several spots on the back seat. The car had not been washed and was dirty all over. When I brought this to the attention of the office manager, she handled it very well and offered me a full detail on another visit. I received a follow up call from Sergio with an apology and repeating the offer to have the car detailed. They all handled the situation very professionally and with care and concern. However, that kind of sloppy work has made me question the quality of the work that is inside the car and I cannot see. It left me with great concern on the overall quality and attention to detail the workers used on my car.

There was a delay in receiving the parts once ordered by Pride but I guess that is "out of their control". I did not receive a call initially but fortunately I called to check or else I would have attempted to drop my car off w/o knowing until I got there that the part had not arrived.

As always very pleased with all aspects of the service.
