Had a great experience as always. Only had **** issue and it was with Donald when I dropped my car off. When I parked on the street before the gates opened, he almost rearended me, threw his hands up and continually stared me down while parked in my car. I don't know why he has to act like he is some kind of a thug or tough because he does not know how to drive, but it was very poor customer service and I requested he would not work on my car. He wasn't very smart either because as soon as he walked back past the lobby, I heard him talking poorly about me in Spanish to another employee who is laughing. I don't think he knew that I understand Spanish and keeping his mouth shut would have avoided this feedback from me. Some people feel inclined to talk poorly about other unnecessairly and he can now live with the consequence of it. Other than Donald who is immature, cocky and doesn't seem to understand common decency, Blake and Manny took great care of me in Lonnie's absence. Thank you for the great autobody work as always and I hope Donald can learn some respect for customers next time he almost hits one with his car.

Unfortunately, I have had two claims with Pride in the last 7 months BUT they have been so efficient and extremely communicative through repairs in both incidents. It looks better than before the accident.

Twice I was told the car was ready for pick up. The first time I got there and the paint didn’t match at all which is unbelievable since it’s a simple paint code and the bumper had been set right. Then the semiconductor time the paint was fixed but still hadn’t fixed the bumper. This was the second time I used this shop to have my car fix and it will be the last time as well.
