Compared to other experiences I’ve had with auto body repair, this was exceptional. Working FT I appreciated not having to try to find time to get estimates, etc. Being able to pick up and drop off the rental car at the garage was very convenient. The text message updates and communications were a plus. The staff of Enterprise and Carbba’s is professional and friendly and I was 100% satisfied with the short turnaround time and quality of repair work performed. I can’t think of any way you could have made this experience any better.

Seems to be miss communication between front staff and repair guys. Very frustrated right now with my outcome. Had my car a whole 2 min didn’t get a block before I turned around to have you guys look at it again. Looked great but still issues somewhere in back of car. The part that mad me mad is a kept pointing out this one issue from day one and I kept getting we will get back to you on that and never once got a call on it.

I signed up for the text updates, I did not get one single text update. I only received one phone call and 2 emails the entire time my car was in the shop. The day before my car was set to be done I called in around 1230 pm to ask some questions and get an update. I was informed that they would have Molly call me back, with 5 hours left in the business day before they closed I did not get a call back at all. When I picked up my car I was rushed out, not given much details or much of a walk around. After I left I noticed my passenger side dash panel on the inside had gouges in it that were not there when I dropped the unit off. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service displayed by this shop.

Hood was not aligned with front number and fenders. New Headlight was not adjusted the same as the other, emblem was not salvaged. Front right fender appears to contrast the existing paint on door.
