Your staff from the time I called on the phone to schedule my repair, to the greeting and reassuring words at the front desk are excellent. You are highly recommended by my agent at State Farm and again I know why. Your staff coordinated my rent a car from Hertz in such a way that they were there 3 minutes after my appointment with you. I really appreciate the text updates on the repair progress. And today, my Honda CRV was not only repaired beautifully, but it was washed. Before I left I was asked to inspect the work and was given an exemplary caution about how to give the paint job a time to “cure. All paperwork and receipts were given to me in a file packet. I was able to present it to my agent who not only made their copies but was able to return my copies for filing at home. It has only been a few hours since I picked up my car. Paint and everything still curing. So far looks good....don’t know for sure for a couple days.

The truck looks and drives amazing, like nothing ever happened! Very satisfied with the time it took to fix it as well!

Poor communication from the shop and the window switch on the passenger's side door was not installed when we picked up the car and that part of the car had nothing to do with the damage on the vehicle. Was told it probably fell off while cleaning which is an outright lie because I clean my car daily as an uber driver and that switch doesn't just fall through the door. The GM, I believe his name is Tim, was excellent but overall the experience was not great.

Very good professional experience. I was kept informed of the repair process all along. Got my car back 7 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend Service King to anyone that needs their car repaired.
