****. The owner Jerry refused to call the claims department and verify I didnt owe the deductible. He was quite frankly a ****. Fortunately insurance EFT'd the money back to me two hours later.
2. I have very little confidence my car was repaired properly when they just took the bumper off the day the car was due to be ready. More damage discovered, damage I pointed out two weeks earlier.
3. when i brought my car, I rushed over to get a Chevy Captiva rental car that their front desk
