I've heard for a long time that DALTON COLLISION was one of the best for getting your car or truck fixed. I found out, and everyone was right. My 2008 F150 looks GREAT. THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT JOB.????????????????

Friendly, but better communication is needed. After 2 days without car, Text told to come pick up vehicle. I arranged for a friend to come from west Knox to drive me out there using her gas/time only to find out the vehicle repair had not even started. An additional issue found gave estimate of 200 for repair and I said go ahead and fix it too. Then later the price raised to 300 (with no reason given). We said no. A week without a vehicle (no forewarning of this) before a text tells me it’s ready, so again I plan a ride out there during open hours to find a closed sign so to return yet again. I understand when sickness occurs it puts a business at an unplanned disadvantage, but no concession was offered for the customer’s wasted time, expense and frustration in the matter. More thorough communication concerning the process of repair (needing second approval to begin) with a correct collaboration of text message, and a time estimate of being without vehicle and clear appt for pickup or amends to that if not possible, would assure a more smooth translation and better reputation of business/ customer service.

I have worked with these folks a couple times now and they are always spot on with the overall experience. From the estimate to the completion of work I felt like their only customer. They informed me and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even better the repair looks incredible and these are the reasons I recommend and will always return to Dalton's Collision for my auto body repairs.

Everyone I spoke to at Dalton’s were extremely competent and professional. From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate until the work was completed every effort was made to get my car repaired in a timely fashion and to my complete satisfaction. I appreciated the work being done within a time frame necessitated by my having a scheduled trip. It was great being kept up with the work schedule via text - sure saved those “telephone tag games”. When I picked up my car the only surprises I had were (****) it was ready earlier than expected and (2) it had been cleaned to perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone that needs repair work and will definitely use Dalton’s again if needed. Thank you again for such great service
