They were very nice and they answered any questions that I had something to do with my car and they completely explained in detail what they were about to do and how long it would take them.

My husband noticed the front of the hood is not closing down as tightly as it should. Its sticking up a little instead of being tight together. I'd like to bring it back in to have that adjusted. Thanks.

I would rate Dalton Collision a 10 out of 10. From the very beginning when I first made an appointment they were so helpful. I was still trying to get things set up with the insurance covering the damage and rental for my car and Dalton Collision took it upon themselves to call that insurance company and speed up the process. If it were not for them it would have taken much longer to get my car in the shop and leave with a rental. They ended up talking to the main manager for me because the agent handling my claim was out of town. Dalton Collision handled everything from the appointment to the phone calls to my insurance company all the way down to getting my rental car set up and waiting for me at the shop. I received texts while my car was being worked on and they were true to their word as to how long it would take. They even called me after I brought the rental back and picked up my newly worked on car to thank me for choosing them. I am 100% happy with the service I received and my car looks beautiful. I could not be an happier with Dalton Collision and how smooth they made this process for me!
