It's easy to get your car serviced at places, with the concern that you might be swindled or receive bad service, however Fix Auto of El Monte takes the extra effort to make you feel as if you are a priority rather than a source of income. The team at fix definitely goes the extra mile, even providing a automated texting service to give you updates about your vehicle. They even stayed open late in order to allow me to pick up my car on the same day that it was finished. I was extremely impressed, and with their lifetime warranty, I can only hope to get into another car accident for a repeat of the service I received.

The manage, David, was very helpful. He kept me informed about the status of repair and delivered my car before schedule with all necessary work done. They washed and cleaned the car from inside and make it look like new. Good job.

After getting into an accident the last thing you want is a hassle in getting your car repaired. After talking with my insurance I decided to go with Fix Auto Collision to get my two doors on my 2016 Honda Accord sport replaceed. I even waited two weeks longer just to make an appointment with then because they didn’t have any openings after my accident, but their reviews were hard to pass on. After doing my research I knew this was the place I would gladly wait for. When I arrived they took a walk around the car and I asked them if they would also replace some molding on the back and some scratches from wear and tear. They also arranged for me to get picked up from my rental company which was really convenient. Drop off was quick and I was in a rental and on my way to work in less than an hour. It took two weeks to get my car back but I got daily updates and it was even ready to be picked up a day early. When I picked up the car it looked like I just bought it off the lot. They detailed the inside and outside and I drive off in what felt like a bran new car. Would defiantly recommend their friendly services to any of my family members of friends. They absolutely live up to their reputation! Thank you all so much!
