My radio was fuuncrioning perfectly before I dropped it off. Now that I picked it up, the radio receives no power. It's evident that something was done during repair work that caused the radio to stop functioning. I bring the car back in, and I'm told nothing was done to the radio, so it's not your fault. Absolutely no ownership that Nucar caused my radio to stop working. All of this is beasies the point that I received no phone calls or status updates throughout my repair. The only time I received updates were when i had to call in. Horrible.

Car repaired nicely. However, we were not told it was going to take 2 weeks to repair a dented sidepanel and received robo call via text instead. I had to call numerous times to verify when car would be completed.
