Myeshaw was great! I would have liked updates from her more frequently but other than that she was a delight and always called back/emailed back to any questions I had. But..I HATED how long the repairs took!! A month and a half!!That was ridiculous. I'm sure it was Pride and my insurance company going back and forth but I think twice before returning to Pride.

The time it took to get the vehicle back was a little longer than expected and quoted. However the major dissatisfaction is that Mike did not address my concerns accurately. I requested OEM parts and even signed a supplemental document indicating that I would pay for the parts and he used used parts. I am very disappointed. I’ve used pride auto body for several years and only took my cars to this location because we have built a trust factor. The trust has been lost and I don’t know if I will use pride in the future at this point.

I got into an accident and I selected pride as they had done work on my car before. This time I did not even have to show up the office manager did everything over the phone and email he was so kind and kept me informed on the status of my car weekly. The staff was friendly when I went to pick up my car. My car looked brand new all parts where new! I asked for a few particularl things and they completed it.

Overall I am happy that the work was finally completed.
I must say the follow up was lacking as I had to constantly check to see if my part had come in. It took way to long and was always in the dark. Mario was somewhat available when I called, but found out he was gone. Once he was gone I had to explain each time why I was calling. It was unfortunate I had to be the one to call for updates. What turned my experience around was Carlos. He contacted me personally and texted me keeping me aware of the progress. Carlos was great to deal with and is a valuable asset to Ford Autobody. Carlos would be the reason I would come back or recommend Ford Autobody.

I was not satisfied because I was given a time frame and the process took longer than the initial promised date and I had to keep checking up what the hold up was every couple of days
If I didn’t have to pay for a car rental on my own I wouldn’t have been so upset on how long the repair would have taken or had to keep checking up on when the car would have been ready a often
