The estimate to repair my car increased more than 3 tines without honest justification. Also the work completion extended to five weeks more than I was quoted when I dropped the car. When I declined to have pride go foward
with work, I was told that my car was already taken apart, in short I was held hostage to have Pride do the job for the unusually higher cost. I Have lodged a complaint with Lexus which had sent my car to Pride.

It took a very long time to repair, which i'm sure was not entirely the shops fault and when I got the car back, the trunk lift was misaligned and I had to bring it back today to have it realigned but they fixed it timely and I am satisfied and happy to have my car back. Thank you for everything.
