Very thankful to everyone that fixed my vehicle. The entire process was very simple and punctual and if I had any questions martha was very helpful and polite. Everyone did an awsome job getting my vehicle like new. Im very thankful for everything.

As a prior customer having experience with Pride, I voiced my concerns over the excessive final cost that far exceeded the initial estimate - for an accident that was significantly and physically less damage than any previous repair work. It took a longer time to repair the car for less work, and the need for Pride and AAA to max out the car rental allotment to the days was also noted.....I won’t be back. I also reserved a car in Encino Enterprise but was advised I needed to go to Van Nuys, who THEY do business with. It truly felt that unnecessary repairs were implemented which ultimately will cost me, the insured, and other consumers higher rates. Left side had minor damage yet right side parts were replaced due to ‘re-assembly’. Not cool! I would discourage folks from using Pride in the future.

I'm upset about being told it was finished properly, when it actually wasn't! The panels are clearly crooked, and my sensors were not finished, as promised. It has cost me a lot of money & time, having to take it back, and begin a new rental car AT MY EXPENSE!I feel this was a rush job, to get it out of there and paid. Now, I need to do it twice! Thanks a lot. ????????????

I was referred to PRIDE by my car dealer and given Todd’s calling card when i was looking for a shop that can replace my bumper. I was outside waiting for the shop to open at 8 am. I was too early eventhough it wasn’t 8 am yet Todd was there and welcomed me in. I showed him my damaged car and he was able to give me a quote and asked me how I will pay for it and I said the guy who hit my car will pay for it. At first he suggested that I have to go through the insurance company because it might cost more than what was quoted because the damage quoted was just the outside and if there’s any damages inside the bumper price of repair might go up. I brought in the person who hit my car and Todd helped me deal with him and get an assurance from him that he’ll take care of paying the repair. Overall the Pride Mission Hills team have successfully and did a great job on replacing the damaged parts of my car and made it look new again. Another good thing was the constant update of the status and progress of the car on e-mails which really helped. I was a happy customer when I left the Pride shop this morning. Thank you!
