I was recommended to utilize the Services of Pride for my BMW which had been involved in a rear ended accident of freeway. My Insurance Company recommended Pride. I had heard of them but had no direct experience on their Collision & Auto Body expertise. Though with some "trepidation " about services from unknown provider I was Extremely pleased with my BMW's repair, body work & paint & drives as good as uf new. I am so glad I followed the recommendations of AAA. From customer service, vehicle outcome & regular updates from Pride regarding status of repairs & expected completion date. Every time I called, people answering the calls are very helpful in answering any questions and taking time to explain any concerns I have. I liked that I wasn’t being shuffled from one person to the next. Great customer care! Updated emails on status of car is great.
