All staff members I had interactions with were polite and helpful. You had my car done before the date quoted. The inside of my car looks amazing and floor mats look brand new (considering I work on a horse farm). The body work is amazing and looks like nothing damaged it. Thank you so much, I appreciate it. Incredible experience. Your estimating and customer service people are so far superior to the other two estimate experiences I had that Farmers should be embarrassed to have anyone else on their acceptable listings . . . And one was a dealer. So much from buying another car there. Thank you for showing me this type of experience is still possible. Can you fix my basement from broken pipes water damage. It is not going well. Thank you.
