Took too much time to fix (35 days)
car was not cleaned. stains of some sort on the hood and some green paint stains on the windshield. had maybe 17 miles worth of gas. for a 13000 dollars fix...you can do better.

Overall yes but extremely convenient to learn the day I was due to pick it up (thanksgiving eve) that it wasn’t going to be ready until following Monday. Still wasn’t ready until the Tuesday.. Other than that the job looks good. I am waiting on a quote for work outside of the insurance job too.

The repair was perfect and Herico was awesome and friendly. Enterprise rent a car had two cars that weren't in good running order that we walked together to. They then offered me a large SUV or a Mercedes. The daily insurance on these was $33 a day--my cost. I had an $35 allowance. The cars were dirty. If I'd gone to a real enterprise lot on my own, I could rent and pay my insurance for $35 a day. The insurance price is jacked up and very little selection. The cars were not in good condition. It felt like a scam. I started to leave the lot and decided to give the car back. Enterprise (at your location)is no where near your level of service. It left a bad taste.
