I was satisfied with the service Jason provided. I felt he did the best he could under the circumstances. I was very frustrated by how long the process took based on the initial ETA and how many times the date got pushed back. Seems like the ETA shooold be more acccirate. Shouldn’t use the fact that it’s a new care as a reasoned for the parts delays. Need to figure out how to better estimate the ETA at the initial estimate. After asking I was given a rental car at your expense, which was very much appreciated. Feels like that shoood be provided to customer without asking if ETA goes over a reasonable amount of time.i.e 5 days. That would ensure you have some skin in the game on the urgency. In my case the rental car would have cost me $****,000+ with no fault of my own. Again overall service and communication was very good. Just need to improve th ETa prices

I am a long time customer of Prestige and this time was not acceptable. I told Carlos I would be in early this morning to get my car. I called 4 times prior to arriving and could not get anyone on the phone. When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone and never acknowledged me or another customer who was waiting. I finally asked a guy (who looked Luke he might work there) if Carlos was available. He went in the back and then told me Carlos would come. I waited another 15 mins and finally the receptionist told me Carlos was out but would be back in a few mins. Sometime later he returned and when I went to pay he said i had to pay the whole bill because USAA paid me-which I had not received. They had no way of contacting USAA even the you are supposed to be a"Star" center. I ended up wasting an hour of my time and went to work late without my car. I had to make another trip back today after work after they worked out details with USAA. This was unacceptable to me.

Excellent follow up throughout the entire process. I particularly like the email updates as the work progressed. Slight delay at the end, but because you kept me informed along the way, my expectations were correctly set.
This was my second Prestige experience (the first was paid by a third party's insurance). I would return in the future, if I have occasion for another self-pay job.
