It was the most amazing experience that I have ever had with any body shop. The customer service far outweighs Sewell Lexus. The time that it took was amazing. The Gentleman that helped me when I picked my cat up went above and beyond to stay late just for me so I could get my car. I will definitely recommend you. Great job.

Repairs were made as promised on time and attention to details were appreciated. All questions and concerns were met with a caring attitude

Car was not repaired correctly so now we have to take it back. Simple things like basic plastic screws were forgotten. Door had a dent,not aligned properly...

I'm writing this for concerns over my truck which just came back from your shop . I thought you guys were going to give me my truck like it used to be. I spent over an hour trying to cleaning my truck after the sloppy mess yall did . I had drops of blue paint on the truck , my leather seats were filthy , and the hood had dirt or dust in the paint job . It also had scratches that were not there before , it was missing the plastic protection strip on the front of the hood , there must be a faulty connection on one of the signal light as it marks on the display and the rocky ridge decal letters on the windshield are gone . The decal added a lot of character the truck . I didn't think a company with its history for customer satisfaction would do such a poor job , I'm really disappointed with the end result and would like to ask for a date where we can make arrangements. Thank you for your time as you wasted mine taking an extra 2 weeks for such disgusting work .
