My car was repaired completely even though my car had big damage. I am satisfied with your very good job. All office employees are very kind and friendly. The schedule of completion date was changed four times. I understand that you sometimes need to change it. If you inform about the change of schedule sooner, it helps customers to arrange their schedule. Thank you.

I continuously received estimated completion dates but they kept getting pushed back. I would have rather received an estimated date of completion that allotted for a greater span of time and then been surprised when the car was finished early. Also I would receive the estimated completion date email with a 5pm ready time and the day would come and by 4pm I would not have received any call or email to notify me that it was not ready. I had to inquire myself which was a hindrance on my schedule as I would make myself available that day to make sure I could pick up the car. After my call, I would then later that day or the next day receive a new email with an extended estimated date of completion. All I ask is that you work on communicating with your customers so we are not making assumptions based on your emails and having to check in ourselves. My insurance had even called me a week before I took home the car to ask me how it was driving and I told them it was not ready. That tells me that even the insurance company had assumed I picked up the car.

Work was done right on time and did a very good job

The main issue that truly bothered me was that Pacific Collision said they were going to provide me with updates regarding parts and how long my car would take. The first day I dropped off my car, I wasn't given any updates until I called them was told my car would have to stay until all repairs were completed. If I would have let that happened I would've been without my car to nearly 2 weeks. Despite the fact that the staff is very polite it did not compensate for the slow progression and lack of communication to fix a quarter window.
