Excellent customer service. Super friendly people! Not sure if her name was Liz but she worked on Saturday morning and was very friendly and helpful. She explained each step of my repairs and answered all my questions. George handled my repairs and was very understanding of my lack of renters insurance. He offered me the option of a voucher for a rental but ended up repairing my vehicle so quickly that there was no need to rent a car! Very satisfied! Couldn't have had a better experience. Lulie

I really enjoyed working with Gabby at the front desk and the workers there were really reassuring and kind. They constantly updated my car process and where it was at! The estimated time with my car was September 13th, but they managed to fix it 2 weeks earlier. I would definitely come back since they did mention I have life warranty with them. I am completely satisfied with Pacific Elite Collision Centers and I would recommend it to anyone who needs their car fixed. :)

I had an awesome experience with you guys. The receptionist (sorry I didn't have the lady's name) was super friendly and efficient. She explained the process and policy and anything we might anticipate. I and my husband were worry free and decided to drop off our vehicle right after talking with her. The technician Shawn Rohfling was excellent too. He updated us the status in email and finished repairing even earlier than we thought. And my car looks just like a brand new one! You guys are our super heros! We are satisfied with your quality of work and customer service.
