Jose Arias was in charge of my case and he was the best. He provided us with updates, made sure I understood everything that was being done to my car, and went over everything once again when my car was completed. This is my second time going to this location and of course in the future if need be, I will gladly return.

After getting rear-ended my insurance company recommended a few autobody repair shops. After reading a few reviews I chose this one. I was very satisfied with their professionalism from the start. They called me to set up an appointment, provided me with email reminders, and kept me informed through email per my preference. The employees here are very professional from the receptionist Daisy, Jose who was dealing with my vehicle, and the gentlemen who shuttled me home after dropping off my car for repair. The place is very clean and they provide a nice waiting area with a big screen TV, couches and water/coffee while you wait. However, I never felt that I was waiting around for very long time. At pick up, Jose took me to my car and did a walk through on everything they did to the vehicle. The repairs seem to be done well and I am overall satisfied with my experience with PacificElite.

Excellent customer service the representative that helped us was ANA , she called us and make sure that everything was in schedule and that we were informed of every detailed, she was very professional and caring for the customers we are very satisfied with the professionalism and the customer service. Repairs were not done correctly. Aftermarket parts did not fit correctly. Car came out with more scratches. Not professional.

The process was fairly easy. The person in the front desk was friendly. Ana kept me informed throughout the process of the repairs. Paul’s assistant made the effort to verify that the gap seemed reasonable. Thank you for washing and vacuuming my vehicle.

Pacific Elite has done an amazing job with my car. I took my car in, on February 19th to get repaired and they were super friendly and explained the whole process to me. When I picked up my car it looked great. Unfortunately I was hit again a couple weeks later and had to take it to them again, this month, in March, and once again they were very friendly. They explained the estimate, damage, and process to me. I just picked up my car and it looks like nothing happened to it. I’ve had a great experience working with them.

Every person I interacted with was amazing - the receptionist, adjustor, Enterprise rep, and mechanic. I didn't have to wait long at all -- I barely had time to finish my coffee (which I also loved the keurig machine). Oh, and it was spotless and comfortable. I'm so impressed. I appreciate a relaxing environment in an otherwise stressful situation (i.e. any car issue). Thank you!
