My subaru 2017 was in the shop for about a week and a half, if not longer. When I received my vehicle, it still had damage located on the driver side door as well as my rim which was caused from the accident I originally brought it in for. Along with there still being damage on my vehicle I was told that all new parts were going to be used to repair my vehicle because it was no less than a year old. When I picked up my vehicle it stated that the bumper along with a few other parts were repaired and not replaced. My experience went from being lied and mislead since the beginning to the repairs and detail of the vehicle being half done and also not done at all. Completely unsatisified and would like for my vehicle to be completely re done with new parts as told in the beginning that would've been used if not lied to and finishing the job with my rims being as they were when they were new and my passenger side door as well... horrible experience and already decided to go back to speak with a manager or higher up.

Otto and brenda were very helpful. Chris did a fine job also. The man that cleaned up my truck after it was finished did an excellent job. Thanks to all. ????

My rep stated I would be getting my car detailed after the repair was complete and it just looked like they wiped it down with a wet rag. Kind of disappointing.
