Jeff was excellent about keeping me informed on the progress of my repairs. He even went above and beyond to get some paint marks off my vehicle, which had nothing to do with the reason my vehicle was there. 10+ On his customer service.
Shelby still doesn't acknowledge customers when they are standing right in front of her. It's extremely rude. Good thing everyone else is fabulous or I wouldn't be back.

Vince was awesome, always kept me updated, and let me know what was going on. Called at the beginning of the week said they got my car done a little sooner than expected and it should be ready by the end of the week and Thursday around 3 it was done and ready for pick up. I was told many different stories about my car.
I was told on the 31st of Aug it was ready. I went and it was not.I was told the rim was not in and I could pick it on Sept 5th and was still not ready. I came in on SEpt 6th and Jeff informed me that the Insurance would not cover the rim. On Sept 8th I picked my vechile up and was handed a cap that fit on the damaged rim and he quoted it would not fit because the rim was bent.Very bad communication

Communication with the shoo is poor. No one answers when i called and most of the time I had to reach out to get any information rwgarding the car. When a part needed to be sent back and reordered, which would take longer for the repair nothing conmunicated until I reached out.
