Everyone was nice and friendly. My truck looks fantastic. Very happy with outcome and the fact that I got my truck back when they said I would. The detailing guys/gals need to do a better job. I have only one other complaint, the mirror on my drivers side worked before I took it in and now it does not and I have to adjust it manually. The passenger mirror works just fine, so I am not sure what happened.

Poor service and quality of work. Lincolns always get detailed, or at least washed, whenever they are taken for service. Can go on about your lack of service but prefer your general manager contact me.
