Everything went super smooth from the minute I walked in the door until I got my car back after the repair. Everyone was friendly and professional. This was a much better experience than I had with a previous body shop.

The repair itself seems to be great but the amount of time it took was ridiculously long. It seems like a scam to a certain extent that it took basically every bit of my insurance rental car limit to get my car repaired.

Paceline...gave excellent freindly service. Gave explanation as the services they would be doing to my car throughtout the process of fixing my car.. Everyone at Paceline was very helpful and courteous. Phillip the rep that assisted me was knowledgeable and took time to answer any question I had. Then when it was time to pick up my vehicle, he took time to wash my car again since it had some dirt on it. Phillip's service went above and beyond and I went back to work raving about how he helped me out. I will definitely recommended Paceline and Phillip to any of my friends needing repair work. Great Job!!!

It took a month to get my car back. Picked it up and have several scratches that were not there when I left it my registration sticker and toll tag was lost and I have to replace them.
