Originally, i had gone to the collision center to get an estimate on my car and I spoke with a guy named Mark and he was super nice and explained to me that I should definitely get an insurance claim as the fixes would most likely be over my deductible. When i filed the claim through Allstate they asked if i wanted to take my car to their collision center and since i really liked mark and liked the center i told them no i would go thru joes. I called like 3 times over a span of two weeks and the receptionist said someone would call me back so that i could schedule an appointment. No one ever called me back and on the 4th call i finally spoke with Mark and he said I could drop off my car on Feb 8th(which at the time was two weeks later, and this was due to he wanted to make sure all the parts for my car came in first), which was almost two Fridays ago. Mark said that it would take roughly 2-3 days at most to fix. I dropped my car off on friday the 8th and when they checked in my car they also stated that it would be done in 2-3 days. On Monday Feb 11th I got an email that stated it would be ready on Feb 19th which was the next week on Tuesday(9 days later). I immediately called on Monday and i got the receptionist who said she would have someone call me back. No one called me back Monday so i left a voicemail saying that if my car wasn't getting done until next week i wanted my car back cause we were going out of town on the weekend and i needed my car. On the 12th which was the next day no one called me back so i called again and i spoke with Dave and he said that my car would be done at the latest on Thursday. I then got more emails saying they were waiting on parts so i called again and they said that my car had already been taken apart so i could not pick it up but they said they would try to have my car done by Friday. I asked that if it wasn't going to be done if they could call me cause i would have to get my car. On thursday i heard nothing. But on friday i got an email saying that my car was having to be towed to the dealership. I called back on Friday and the Receptionist was kinda rude and asked why i didn't get a rental car (which no one had mentioned to me that this was something I could this whole time). Which i probably would have done if i had known as well that was going to take 2 weeks cause we had to drive my husbands truck on vacation and he had to drive me to work each day last week. I also talked to Dave and he stated that my car was getting finished up “painted” and then it was getting towed to Toyota on Tuesday for them to fix the calibration. Which i would have preferred someone ask or call me to make sure i was okay with that instead of sending an email stating you were doing it. He said that he hoped to have the car ready for me by Thursday at the latest. Tuesday i get a text stating that they are awaiting on my grille to be delivered and once it arrives they will assemble it and then schedule an appointment to ship it Toyota i called and the man said that the text was misleading and that they were just finishing up my car and then they would send it to Toyota. But then when i asked if it would be done Thursday he said oh we are still waiting on assembling and scheduling the appointment which he stated on last Friday had already been done. And then the next day i got an email saying my car wont be ready until Friday now. I then decided to call and try and reach the corporate office because I felt that the location was no longer concerned with my phone calls. I ended up talking to John Doia on Thursday, who was actually very amazing and very nice! He calmed me down and contacted the collision center and said that Dave was new and there were some things done incorrectly as far as communication wise. He also told me that the car was back from the dealership and just waiting on final paper work and I should have the car back by Friday or the dealership would contact me otherwise. I was then satisfied and then willing to let go from the experience and provide good reviews for the company. The company did call me Thursday and let me know the same thing previously stated by John that they were waiting on the insurance. Friday around ****:00pm I received a call from my insurance saying everything was complete and that they had sent the collision center all of the updates as well. I figured I would be getting a call from the dealership so I waited until around 4:30 and still had received no call. Since they close at 5:00pm I just went ahead and showed up. Dave said that he not heard anything and that I could not pick up my car. Once I gave him the information for the insurance person I had previously spoken with he invited us to his office while he called them. The issue was apparently someone had given the insurance the wrong email. So if I wouldn't have showed up it would have been another two days before I got my car and it would have been due to an error and I am assuming I would not have gotten a call either to let me know since there was only like 20 more minutes left before they closed. THEN that night I drove my car and as I am driving a piece of my car by the windshield flew up. I immediately pull over and find that a piece was not placed back in properly. I also found a piece of rubber inside my car that I have no idea where it came from. I call them immediately and leave a voicemail. Monday comes and no one has called me but they did send me an email saying to come in and they will fix it. Considering I have already been inconvenienced for 2 weeks, by having to have my husband drive me everywhere and work out things with my job, also had to re adjust our vacation due to my car being in the shop, and now I have to leave work early yet again to come get a piece snapped back in and to ask about the other random piece. I was at this point determined to just not leave any review good or bad. But the receptionist is really what got me irritated and why I going to leave bad reviews on whatever I can. The reason is when I went to pick up my car on the friday before I found out the pieces were broken, when I went to pay the receptionist asked 'Are you paying by card or check?' I answered 'I am paying by card'. And I paid my $****,000 dollar deductible and walked with my car. Now previously back in 2018 I had received a $253 dollar check from the insurance that I had forgotten about since it was a long time ago. Apparently the receptionist made an error and completely missed that there was still a payment missing. While no one has really called me back the entire experience even once I called twice to talk about my snapped piece. The receptionist calls me immediately on Monday saying I owe still and she specifically asked me if I had a check from the insurance. So I took that as for one she is calling me a liar and dumb. Which liked I stated previously is not what she asked. What happened is, that she should never have released my car to me and she messed up and did and now she is trying to cover her own mistake. So when I come in on Monday I walk up to the receptionist and she asked me my name. I state that I am here to see Dave so that he can fix this piece that is broken. She never once asked me anything about my car or try to be nice but immediately starts telling me that she needs me to pay that payment right now. I state that after I see Dave and this piece is fixed I will pay the remaining balance. Now there is at least 3 people in the waiting room, which she then proceeds to try and call me out in front everyone stating that originally she asked previously if there was an additional payment and I told her no. I then tell her that "originally" my car was supposed to be fixed in 2-3 days and now it has been over 2 weeks and I have paid $****,000 for something that is not quite finished. Now this lady had to ask my name and pull up my information to even know that I had an outstanding payment but she immediately retorted "That was all of the insurances fault not ours". Now if you don't know anything an even Dave told me twice that he can't keep up with his customers because he has so many cars to take care of how does this receptionist apparently know my entire case to know that the insurance caused this problem? AND my insurance sent me updates and called me every single time something was updated. I also know that they replied back within one day each time when the collision center had sent updates. She still kept persisting this was the insurance's and my fault in front of again at least 3 people in the waiting room. As far as I am concerned to me she was the one who made a mistake and trying to cover up her own negligence by stating it was the insurance and my fault. I will not be coming back to this location ever. I also know people who had come previously as I was referred and I also know that after listening and witnessing what I had gone through they also have stated that they will not be coming back. I have never ever left a bad review for anything but this was absolutely horrible. The only thing positive was that I do feel like Dave is a nice guy and is trying to fix things but either poor management on his part has caused him to way over book himself and not be able to effectively manage the vehicles, or the company is placing too much pressure on him to succeed when they should schedule a decent amount of vehicles that he can effectively handle. Please feel free to contact me about this visit. I am not out looking for anything free or money. The whole experience all I wanted was my car back so I can not be missing out on time and money at my work, and not inconveniencing my husband for a ride.

The repair itselt, and the exterior of my car looks great. However, I later found that my back seat and trunk were left a dusty mess as a result of the work. Strictly cosmetic, but if they took the time to was the pollen off the outside of my car, I don’t understand why they could not have ran a vacuum, or st the very least a damp cloth over the leather seats.
