Joe Hudson's, on Gibbons, is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure that you will be completely satisfied. My car was wrecked, and I had it towed to them. They made it drivable within a couple of hours, and delivered my car to me, and they told me they'd let me know when the parts were ready so I could bring it back. I brought it back when the parts were ready, and they permanently fixed the damage within a couple of hours.I have three kids and I really needed my car. Joe Hudson's made this process so easy and treated me and my kids so kindly. My daughter even loved the little time that we spent there because they treated her to her favorite coffee creamer. Lol. I can't express my gratitude enough to their customer service. Dustin, in particular, will help you with anything and address all of your concerns. The entire staff is awesome. Eddie will help you with your estimate, quicker than you'd ever expect. And the front desk staff is just as sweet as possible. If you ever need collision work done, go to Joe Hudson's on Gibbons. The vehicle was returned early, but this caused me some inconveniences. Got a call on Good Friday that vehicle would be ready that day. Went to the shop at 2 p.m. to take a look. The vehicle was being reassembled and the two side doors were not even installed. It still had to have wheel replaced and detailed. Shop manager said it would be ready by 5 p.m. Went home and cleaned out rental car. Called at 4:58 p.m. and told it would not be ready until Monday. After several calls Monday and assurances the vehicle would be ready by 5 p.m., cleaned out rental car, returned the rental car at 5:45 p.m., and arrived at the shop. The vehicle at this time was being vacuumed and washed only around the front and sides. Not what I consider a proper detailing job. Left with vehicle at 6:30 p.m. Do not understand what the hurry was to return my vehicle early. USAA had reserved the rental car for another week as indicated on the estimate of repairs I had been sent. I chose this shop because my neighbors had given them a glowing review and commented on how their vehicle had been fixed and detailed to perfection. The shop and its team were professional and most helpful.

The experience was positive from the estimate, actual repair work and the communication through out the repair job.

I am completely satisfied even though I had to take the car back for buffing in two separate areas of new paint.

I want to personally thank Chris. He said the repairs would probably take a week and it was done in 3 days!! The craftsman of the work done on my vehicle was amazing. The office staff was pleasant & professional. If I never need anymore work done on my vehicles, I will go to Wards. I have already recommended Wards to my friends

I really appreciate Wards washing my car and cleaning the inside while it was being repaired!!! That was a bonus!!!!

My car was ready sooner than promised and Dusty went above and beyond to help me and was always very kind compassionate and helpful. She was also so patient. My car looked great and they even took the time to vacuum it out. I will suggest that all of my friends use them. My thanks to all of you.
