My car looks amazing! The quality of the work done was great! However, the repairs took two more days to complete than they were supposed to. Not only that, but I was not contacted by anyone to tell me that they would not be completed at the quoted date and time. Further, I was sent emails that said the repairs would be finished at the time that I was originally quoted. I wasted two hours of my time running around, trying to return my rental car and to pick up my car, only to find out when I got there that it was not even close to being finished. The lack of communication, as well as the incorrect email information was unacceptable.
