I have used Rudy's for auto repair work for a number of years, and had grown accustomed to their superb quality of service, and excellent customer relations. Unfortunately, they fell short this time. We agreed that I would drop my car off for repairs on ****/18, a day before I was to leave on a 6 day trip to Las Vegas. My car repairs were scheduled to be completed at 3:30 on ****/24. I received an email note earlier that week advising that the work was progressing, and that the work would be done at 3:30 on ****/24. Just prior to leaving home on the morning of ****/25 to pick my car up, my husband suggested that I call to confirm that the repairs had been completed. Upon calling, I was told that my car was not ready to be picked up, and that they could not guarantee me that I could even pick it up that day. Needless to say, I was totally disappointed because there had been no communication advising me of a change in the estimated timing of completion. They forwarded an update later that day, advising that the repairs would be completed by 3:30 on ****/26. In the meantime, they contacted Enterprise so that I could get a rental. Enterprise picked me up at home on ****/25 to take me to pick up a rental car. Late afternoon on ****/25 Rudy's called to say that my car repairs were complete, and that I could pick the car up before 5:00 that day, or the next morning. I advised that I would pick the car up in the morning. The repairs appear to have been done to my satisfaction, but I'm still disappointed to the lack of communication regarding the delay. While they were apologetic, and agreed that they should have communicated more effectively, I'm beginning to question whether or not they have the same level of commitment to quality service that I had come to expect. Over the past year or so, I started to observe small changes, but not enough to cause concern. Hopefully, they get back to the level of customer satisfaction that they had been known for.

picked up a friend tonight 12/22/17 and he could not buckle his seat belt,because the part connected to the floor was missing.We laughed and took another car. I will get in touch tomorrow,till then ,no passengers in the front seat.I hope you can laugh at this too.MAybe no passengers is not the worst thing that can happen?
