Roger would have made a final inspection before returning the vehicle. My door lock was loose and in it was in the position that almost fell out. The strip protector for the door was not installed when I picked up the vehicle. I had to call Roger and let him know. The following Monday, no calls from the installer till I notified Roger by email.
