I came to Select One because of the excellent work they did on my nephew's car. They did not disappoint. I was at the grocery store this weekend and the young man that helped me take my groceries to the car asked me if my car still had that 'new car smell'!! He thought my car was new because it looked so good!!! Great praise indeed. Frank Soto and his team were great! Thanks so much!!

I am 100% satisfied with the work done by the team at Select ****. Although that after receiving my vehicle I noticed later on at night that my right head light was neither on when I turned it on nor was there any of the HID bulb, and ballast, which was extremely odd. I went back to the shop and asked about that issue and I was attended immediately although that few minutes later the person who was assisting me told me that the bulb nor the whole wiring system was there. It bothered me that he told me that because I felt that I was between a rock, the person assisting me told me about a place where I could get that light and then get back to the shop and he will reimburse me for what I spent. I am a bit satisfied for the solution he offered but I am not satisfied with the fact that he told me that the light bulb etc. wasn't there because as a customer who has been taken care of, in this case you guys, I cannot take advantage of your great service, and I am left feeling like it was the benefit of the doubt type of thing when I am being 100% honest. There was a panel in my trunk that goes by the glove compartment that as well wasn't put back in its place. I think mechanics should always be extremely cautious because although it was a great work, it's the little things like these that can be so time-wasting not only for me but for you guys as well. Overall I was satisfied with the primary reason that I decided to give you guys a visit for and although I wouldn't want to get in a car accident again, I would forsure choose you guys again! Thank you.
