I shouldn't have had to pay anything for a repair that was caused by another person because Fairway and the adjuster couldn't come to a resolution on sourcing of the parts.

The crew at the body shop, from Bruce and Andrew, all the way to the techs, have never failed to deliver a quality repair. I have always and will continue to recommend Fairway’s Body Shop to anyone who inquires about a quality body shop. Bruce and Andrew take pride in the work that is turned out. They have assembled a great crew of technicians. I tip my hat to Fairway Chevrolet and especially the Body Shop. Keep up the great work!!!!

It took, in my opinion, way too long to get the estimate (Which may or may not have been because Farmers initially totaled the car), and then failed to keep in touch to let us know what was happening. Plus once they got the go-ahead to fix the car, , again in my opinion, it took a lot longer to fix than I expected.
