They did a great job on my car so I'm 100% happy and satisfied with that. When I got my car back it looked like a brand new car off the lot. The part that i was not happy about was how long it took and when I got my car back I noticed that my window tint in the back window is messed up and I know for a fact it was not like that when I sent it to the shop. Other than that they did a great job and everyone was very nice.

While the communication about my vehicle's status was primarily through the insurance company's representative, I was quite upset at a few, simple things: The shop didn't call me personally to apprise me of my car's status and any complications. This would've guaranteed my satisfaction and corresponding expectations. I was given a short timeline of a "few days", which was unconcerning and I saw no need to give emphasis on my own personal timeline. Upon being told, by the ins. co. rep., that the timeline was altered to more than a week, I made my timeline known to the rep. Again, no call back to confirm any actions taken and would I could expect. I also was not given proper notice when my vehicle was finished. Why wouldn't the shop call when it's done? This lack of communication baffled me and made it hard to be civil. Lastly, I noticed some chips in the paint on the hood of my car when I picked it up (that, obviously, weren't observed there when I dropped my car off for repairs). The shop was already closing and I had neither the time or patience to bring it up in the moment. I would like to note that while these concerns are very much for your business, I was more disappointed with the behavior of the insurance company representative that assisted me through this process. I had to call several times because I did NOT get return or follow-up phone calls for the concerns I expressed to him. Also, I was very happy at the updated timeline. The text messages still said Friday (even as I'm writing this on Thursday, the day after it was completed). Please stop giving people inaccurate and unchanging time quotes. Besides the mild heart attack it gave me on Monday, I had to just ignore them anyways. Again, though, the consideration to my schedule and the pleasant interactions I had in person (when I dropped the car off and picked it up) were appreciated deeply. I would like to thank the two men that stayed past hours to wait for me to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday evening. I had called in response to an email received that day. I asked if my car would be done soon and I was told that it was done. It was already 5pm and I was informed that the shop was closing up. I asked for a little patience and about 15 min to drive over (the time it took to drive straight over--not even enough time to gas up the rental). I know they didn't have to do that and, for that, I am grateful for their consideration. And, they stayed to go over the paperwork with patience and smiles. Overall, it was a very strong mix of good and bad experiences, and I was able to get my vehicle back within a timely manner.

This was my second time going here for repairs on my vehicle. Prior to the first time, which was just a few months ago, I had never been in any kind of accident so that was my first experience with the whole thing. I was happy that everything was made so easy. The repairs were done ahead of schedule. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the repairs were great and I have had no issues with anything, and my car was spotless when I got it back! Thanks for all your help. Hopefully I don't have to use you guys again because I'm tired of paying deductibles, but if I find myself needing repairs again I will definitely use you guys again. Thanks!
