The repair was great. It took entirely too long (and way longer than the three day estimate) for such a minor repair. Rental car additional cost were significant as a result.

The service was great. I appreciate all of the communication during the process. If there was a negative it was the hours they are open, only 8-5. For most working people thast means they have take off to take or pickup their car. Even 7:30-5:30 would work.

They were awesome and kept us updated thru the whole process with text and calls! Which calls are hard for me to respond during the day while at work so the text were awesome! They treated us both very kindly at the shop as well and made sure for us to check everything before we left! They also cleaned the car up nicely! I felt like my car was brand new again off the lot! Thank you so much for your awesome team!

Very pleased with the whole experience. My car was in and out in a day, which is unbelievable and an unexpected surprise. I recently had a HORRIBLE experience with another insurance company and auto shop. It was an incredible relief to deal with people who were upfront and honest about everything, and who made me feel like they actually cared. Everyone was wonderful and extremely attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend DeMontrond Collision in Bryan, TX. I will definitely continue doing business with them, should I ever need a body shop again (although I hope I won't!).

Text messages stopped after Friday. No one called to update me on my car Monday, I had to call mid-day Tuesday to find out what the status was, receptionist told me she wouldn't know but had to wait for a guy to come by but didn't know when that would be. When I asked about the text messages she said it was an automatic system and that's all. Customer service lacked with the receptionists for all days. Repair looks great, Geico and enterprise all great. No need to call just train receptionists on customer service and find out how to fix the text message system. Thanks!

The work that was completed looks good. Bad deal is the workers got white paint on my passenger seat. After talking with an associate there regarding the matter. He stated it was already there. How could I get paint on my passenger seat, door handle and side of vehicle towards rear when I know for a fact it was not there when I dropped it off. If the workers got the paint on the seat on accident I am fine with that. But to say I did it is rediculous. Simply remove the paint and provide good customer service. A fog light was in my passenger seat which was used to repair my vehicle. Someone clearly touched that area. Just admit to it and not blame the customer. The guy tried his best for 10 minutes to remove the paint on the seat with thinner and finally removed most of it. Will not take any vehicle I own to this place again. Will pay extra just to go to another business. Customer service goes a long way.

Great, kind and amiable service the whole time. There were some delays, and more regular texting updates about the progress would've been cool (at least towards the end), but honestly they did a great job and I was super happy with the work!
